Tiide ("the App") provides server-side infrastructure ("the Service") to users who use server-side tracking. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared when you sign up for or use the App.

This application uses the Google Tag Manager Server Side Container but is not endorsed or certified by Google.

Information the App Collects

When you sign up for Tiide, we collect your name and email address to create and manage your account.

Tiide collects no payment information directly. When making a payment via Stripe, no payment information is synced back into the App. The data Stripe sends back to the App is limited to plan and payment status only. All billing and payment information is managed on Stripe's platform.

The App uses cookies for authentication purposes. When signing up and using this App you agree to the terms of use.

Google User Data

When you connect the App to your website, we do not store any of your Google Analytics data. Our system acts as a passthrough to Google Analytics. The App accesses Google user data solely to provide and operate the server-side tagging functionality of the Service.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain our Service
• Manage your account and process payments
• Communicate with you about your account or the Service
• Improve and develop our Service

Tiide's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing or improving the user-facing features of the App.

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or Google user data to third parties.

We do not share your personal information with any third-party services except as necessary to provide the Service (for example, Stripe for payment processing).

We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than those described in this Privacy Policy. We may share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data Protection

We take the security of your data seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

• Encryption of data in transit using TLS/SSL
• Secure authentication mechanisms
• Regular security reviews and updates
• Access controls to limit who can access personal data

Your Rights

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through our contact page.

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfil contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

Data Retention and Deletion

We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days. You may also request that your data be deleted at any time by contacting us through our contact page. When the data retention period expires, we will delete or destroy your data.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a revised effective date.
